ChiroSpring Pay - Alerts For Disputes, Failures, Refunds and More

One of the biggest challenges with taking patient payments arises when the patient disputes the transaction.  To ensure that you do not miss a dispute, we've made it simple to ensure all disputes are emailed to the appropriate email address.  


To get started, go to the ChiroSpring Pay Portal. For instructions on how to access, CLICK HERE.


Next click on 'Settings' from the left menu.  


At the top click on 'Notifications' (see image below).


Next select (check the box) for any item you want a notification on (e.g. disputes or failures).  Then enter the email address you want the notification to be sent to.  Then save.  


It's that easy.
