Change Password in ChiroSpring - Update Password

If you ever want to change your password in ChiroSpring, we've made this process very simple. This article focuses on changing your password. If you've lost or forgotten your password CLICK HERE for steps on that process.

• To change your existing password you must know your current password
• Username and Password are both case sensitive
• Password must contain least 12 characters, with an uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.

In either ChiroSpring or the ChiroSpring 360 mobile app navigate to the Users & Rooms page to initiate the change password request.

1. Go to Settings > Clinic > Users & Rooms
2. Click on the User you would like to change the password for
3. Scroll down to "change password". Then click "Change Password".

4. Type in the Old and New passwords

5. Click "Save"
6. IMPORTANT: Use action button to save the User
