ChiroSpring Product Release 10-15-2026

Because we love you guys, we have been cranking out the code.  Lots of great stuff in this update.

For those who are using SOAP Macros, rejoice!  Hyperlinks are here.  For those not using SOAP Macros, you might want to give these a try.

Now. when you make a selection from the Macro dialog, it becomes a hyperlink in your output text.  When you click the hyperlink, it opens the same dialog letting you update that option.

This makes using SOAP Macros SO MUCH MORE PRODUCTIVE!  Enjoy! 😀

To get started go to Settings/Subscription/Plans and Services.  Toggle on, then "Apply Plan".  

Once enabled, you can determine the users who will have access under Settings/Clinic/Users & Room.

There is a new setting to determine the formatting on claims.

• Capitalization - names and addresses keep their capitalization (Jane Doe, 123 Main St)
• Uppercase - fields are generated in all uppercase (JOHN DOE, 123 MAIN ST.)

This setting is located in Billing/Settings/Third Party Payers.

Now when you transfer a payment from a patient to another patient we track it's original payment type (Membership) and display that in a mouse hover.

As a reminder, click the Transfer icon in Ledger/Payments to initiate a payment transfer.

• We now show the letter for a diagnosis code in Fee Slip.  
• Pointed diagnosis utilize the corresponding letter

There is a new setting under Settings/Clinics/Users & Rooms.  Toggle this off if you want to block a user from being able to edit a treatment note.

Added filters to the following sections to make it easier to find the information needed

• Users & Rooms
• Appointment Categories

Now you can set the system defaults for many of the payment actions in ChiroSpring.  Do this in Settings/Clinic/Customization/PMR & Billing Settings.  

Below is an example on where some or the above defaults would reflect:

Payment Dialog: (automatic/manual) or the order (shown below newest first).  

For practices that have Advanced Complaints enabled, a tab will be shown when patients are completing forms for the visit.

To reduce clutter, you can now move inactive insurance plans into an archive folder.  This will not delete the insurance plan or remove it from existing claims.

• Resolved an issue where the credit card number on the ChiroSpring Pay history report was displayed incorrectly.
• Resolved an issue where membership goes to "unpaid" status when money is moved to general bucket.
• Financial Overview Report - now correctly totals refunds in the summary menu
• Resolved an issue when refunding/restocking a product (when there was no payment) resulted in reduction in a write-off
