Patient Warnings and Contraindications
ChiroSpring 360 has a few different areas where users can document patient warnings, non service/clinical related notes, and/or contraindications.
Patient Care Reminders
You can set a pop-up patient care reminder through the patient Treatment Dashboard. Many providers like this as it pops up for them as soon as they open the patient's account (and/or in many other places too- you choose!)

CA Memo Box
Go to the patient Treatment Dashboard and you will notice the following Comments boxes:

Information in these boxes (Dr Memo, Warnings, CA Memo and Listings) will not print on any note.
However, the CA Memo text box in particular will show on the Scheduler and Front Desk Views when you hover. Offices that prefer the information accessible from those Scheduler and Front Desk views would utilize the CA memo field.
Here is the view from Scheduler and Front Desk when you Hover over the patient:

Internal Note Section in Template
Another option is to create an "Internal Note" Section on the treatment note template for the Provider to view directly within the note.
>When you UNCHECK the section, it will ditto forward to future visits, but it will NOT print on the treatment note (Excluded):

Advanced Spine
On the new Advanced Spine you can also document contraindications directly on the spine as well as include additional notes:

We did also launch Patient Tags last year (click here to learn more), patient tags can be seen when SCHEDULING a patient and you can filter for patient tags in reports, then follow up with action if you have GrowthHub Pro by texting or emailing. I've seen more condition specific patient tags used, like "Pregnant" but could be use cases for warning or contraindications as well. It is more dependent on how you want to use the data, education, tracking or simply informational.
In conclusion, ChiroSpring is designed to give you the tools you need to give you the information you want where you want it!
